- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
- Tuesday & Thursday at 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
- Custom visit options: Career and Leadership Development session, class visit, on-campus appointment, and lunch with a current student. Athletic appointment, science facility tour, performing arts tour available on select days.
- The University will not be in session from Dec. 13, 2018 through Jan. 14, 2019. While we are not able to offer formal campus tours and information sessions during this time, the Office of Admission will be open from Dec. 13 through 21, 2018 and Jan. 2 through 14, 2019 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time. Prospective students and their families are still welcome to visit campus when the University is not in session.

A member of our Admission counseling staff will be happy to sit down with visitors to answer questions you may have as well as provide visitors with self-guided campus tour directions.

Custom Visit Options
Visitors to campus can add custom visit options to the standard visit program during the academic year when the University is in session. For the 2018-2019 academic year, custom visit options are available Sep. 3, 2018 to Dec. 7, 2018 and Jan. 21, 2019 to April 26, 2019. Custom visit options are always subject to availability.
Athletic appointment
Individual meeting with members of the coaching staff for students interested in playing varsity athletics.
- Coaches may be unavailable due to scheduling conflicts.
- Prospective student-athletes should complete the athletic questionnaire for specific sports.

Career and Leadership Development information session
30-minute, group session led by a member of the staff of the Office of Career and Leadership Development. Topics include professional and graduate school outcomes, funded internship opportunities, and the full range of services offered to students.

Class visit
Opportunity to attend a class meeting.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at various times
- Class preferences will be honored if possible
- Limited to one per prospective student
- Priority is given to seniors

On-campus appointment
Optional one-on-one appointment with a specially trained senior student. On-campus appointments are not scored or evaluative, but are an opportunity for Sewanee to learn more about our prospective students' diverse academic and extracurricular interests and achievements. While not required, on-campus appointments are strongly encouraged.

Lunch with a current student
1-hour, complimentary lunch at McClurg Dining Hall with a student enrolled in the College.
